Does your price include stretcher and frame?

No. The painting is unstretched, rolled and inserted in an extremely sturdy tube which is sealed, packaged, and delivered to your door by the courier.

Why do you sell the paintings unframed?

We let the customer choose the frame to match their own interiors. Most of the time, the painting can be framed at the local framing shop for a lower price than buying paintings that are framed. The flexibility is yours.

How much are my delivery charges?

Charges vary depending on the quantity of painting you order and where the delivery point is:-

UK - $7.85 (orders to $250), $5.89 (to $1000) and Free (orders $1000+)

USA & Canada - $9.99 (orders to $250), $7.85 (to $1000) and Free (orders $1000+)

Europe - $21.09 (orders to $250), $19.13 (to $1000) and Free (orders $1000+)

Rest of the world - $36.79 (orders to $250), $30.90 (to $1000) and Free (orders $1000+)

How long will it take for my painting to arrive?

We will start the painting immediately after receiving your order and verified payment. We have your painting delivered to you in around 20-28 days, depending on the drying time of the oil and the complexity of the piece. These are original oil paintings and it takes time to make sure you receive the absolute best.

How close are the paintings to the originals?

We bring the absolute best reproduction possible to our customer. We will reproduce to the closest details as the original. However, slight variance is possible in the reproduction process as these are not prints but individual works of art in their own right.

Can I see the actual brush strokes?

Yes. Our paintings are 100% hand-painted oil on canvas. You can see, touch and feel the actual brush strokes on each and every one of our painting.

How are your paintings different from posters, prints and transfers?

At www.arton9.com we do not use any computer-aided or printing process. Our paintings are not prints, not paint on prints, or image to canvas transfers or any other printing and transfer processes. Our reproduction are not Brushstroke Enhanced, Hand Embellished, Oil on canvas Enhancement etc... It is painted by real artist on a blank canvas.

What is the process and quality of the paintings?

Our artists are professional and are experts in colour and oil painting techniques. Each painting is created on 100% cotton artist canvas with high quality oils and carefully reproduced to obtain the closest possible match to the original. We take time to make sure you receive the very best quality.

What about your pricing?

Our pricing structure is reasonable. We provide the highest museum quality paintings at the lowest price possible. We do not sell the cheap and low quality reproductions you see on many art site offers. We take our responsibilities seriously and that’s why we can guarantee our work for 100% satisfaction.

I have seen places that offer lower prices. Why is that?

Yes, you can always buy cheaper! There are places that provide reproductions at lower prices. However, we spend more time and efforts when reproducing the painting, ensuring complete accuracy and colour rendition to the original. Don’t forget we are so confident we give you a guarantee, you can get cheaper but you will not get the quality and your money may not be secure. We make sure and inspect down to every detail before the painting is packed and shipped to you.

Can you reproduce a painting that is not on your web site?

Yes. Our artist can recreate and reproduce any painting of your choice as a big part of our business is creating unique portraits from photographs. Check our Portraits section for unique art work and gifts.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?

All paintings come with a 5-days return policy. If you return the painting within the 5-days period, you will be refunded your original payment less any delivery or shipping costs.
